Digging LLC is operated by Madelyn Lugli. Lugli holds a PhD in History from Northwestern University, and has a background in research and public affairs. She has had fellowships at Ivy League institutions.

Professionally, Lugli has published several articles and reviews, and has participated in dozens of article and manuscript workshops. Her pieces range from academic research articles, to public-facing book reviews, to personal reflections.

Lugli has also spent countless hours huddled in archives across the United States. After researching subjects for both personal and professional use, Lugli is more than prepared to put those research skills to work for you!
